Introducing a Music and Dance Program for Children Ages 6-12 Years Old
Arthur Murray Dance Studios have been teaching the world to
dance for over ninety years. They have been America’s leading dance studio,
although mostly for adults. Arthur Murray is proud to introduce Arthur’s
Kids, a new and innovative music and dance program for children. You will be
pleased with the ease of progress and enjoyment your child will experience through
qualified and enthusiastic instruction. Arthur’s Kids is a fun and easy
introduction to music and dance. The program teaches rhythm and timing with
dance and creative movement. Students will be learning basic dance skills through
dance movement, dance and music games, and the introduction of popular social
dances. Students may learn basics to Waltz, Foxtrot, Tango, Swing, Salsa, Rumba,
Cha Cha, Hustle, Polka and more.
Achievement
Arthur’s Kids’ goal is to teach children and youth dance basics, music and rhythm early on so that they may enjoy and seek out dancing for the rest of their lives. Arthur’s Kids is an ongoing program that allows students to earn certificates recognizing achievement in dance through a Medalist System modeled after a proven Arthur Murray teaching method. The Medalist System of Bronze, Silver and Gold, helps students set and achieve goals, which gives students a sense of accomplishment and confidence as they achieve each level. This is similar to earning different color belts in Karate. 
Enrollment Information
Time: The classes are held once a week on Mondays for children in grades one through five. The class is from 6:45-7:30. More classes will be added according to demand.Place: Our Arthur Murray Youth Class is held at our Maryland Parkway Dance Studio at 4550 S. Maryland Parkway Suite N., Las Vegas, NV 89119
Tuition: Monthly tuition is $40.00 and is due on or before the first of each month. There is a one time registration fee of $25.00 per family. Registration fee and first month's tuition are due with registration.
