Students volunteered to bring food and refreshments for a get-together on New Year's Eve stateing that they did not want to go any where near the Strip and simply wanted to dance and be together for the evening... Many came. Carson Riland, along with wife Crissy, Akiko Rezabek and Cynthia Kestler worked to bring it all together for a fabulous night, welcoming in the New Year. At midnight, we sang and trooped outside to see fireworks in the distance from some of the hotels. We had a fine time. Dancing in the studio brings a great deal of satisfaction, and there is good comaraderie.
